Northside Covid-19 Update
To our Northside Friends
We want to let you know what we're doing to keep you, your friends and family safe, with the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation and government lockdown.
In response to Covid-19, The New Zealand Government has forced all non-essential businesses to close with all New Zealanders forced to remain isolated in their homes until 23 April 2020.
As our stock is held in New Zealand, our online orders will not be dispatched & our retailers will not be able to reorder until the government alert level in NZ has reduced to 3. All online orders from now (24th March) are considered pre-orders and will be shipped as promptly as possible once the level has reduced.
During this time we will also not be able to process any returns. If you would like to make a return can you please contact our team to discuss when this will be able to be completed.
